Programs

Ways to work with us.

Everything below is designed for beginners and shaped around care. We’re rolling programs out as we grow — register your interest and we’ll match you to the right one.

For individuals

Adults & teens · small groups

Therapeutic studio sessions

Guided time at the bench and the kiln, paced for calm and confidence rather than production. A facilitator handles the fire and the sequence so you can stay with the material and the moment.

  • One-on-one or small-group formats
  • Simple, achievable projects — a pulled shape, a fused tile, a small ornament
  • Optional coordination with your therapist or care team
  • Quiet, low-stimulation session times available
For organizations

Clinics · recovery programs · nonprofits · workplaces

Group & partner sessions

Bring your group to the studio for a shared, hands-on experience — a reset for a care team, a milestone for a recovery cohort, a team day that isn’t a trust fall. We plan the session around your group’s goals and comfort.

  • Custom sessions for 4–12 people
  • Recurring series for ongoing programs
  • Trauma-informed pacing on request
  • Sliding-scale and grant-supported options as funding allows
For facilitators

Clinicians · educators · studio staff

Facilitator training

For practitioners who want to bring therapeutic glasswork into their own settings. We share safe studio practice, session structure, and simple curricula you can adapt — so the practice can spread beyond our four walls.

  • Hands-on studio safety and hot-shop basics
  • Session design for care and group settings
  • Open, adaptable curricula and materials
  • Follow-up support as you launch your own sessions
For everyone

All ages · all experience levels

Community education

Open classes, demonstrations, and studio days that make glass approachable for the whole city. Come see what the fire is about, try it yourself, and find out whether the studio is for you.

  • Intro classes in glassblowing, flamework, and kiln forming
  • Public demonstrations and open studio days
  • Youth and family sessions
  • Pay-what-you-can seats held for every class

Access

Built to flex around you.

We want the studio to work for as many people as possible. Sessions can adjust for mobility, sensory needs, seating, session length, and cost. If something about taking part feels like a barrier, tell us — solving that with you is part of the job.
